How long will my order take?
We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2 to 3 working days
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays or Christmas periods.
How long does delivery take?
1-2 working days.
Do I need to be in and sign for my delivery?
YES. We use a courier service (usually TNT or DHL) that will require a signature when the item is delivered. If you are not in the courier should leave a contact card for you to arrange a different day for delivery.
Can my order be sent to a different address to my billing address?
YES. You can select the delivery address when you checkout.
How will I know my goods have been dispatched?
You will receive an email from us stating we have dispatched your order (as long as your email address is valid). Please check your junk mail in case the email goes astray.
What to do if the packet turns up damaged?
If the packet turns up damaged please note this with the delivery driver on the paperwork or electronic device, the packet should be checked to see if any damage has occurred to the item. If the item is damaged write this on the driver's paperwork or on the signature screen or refuse the delivery altogether.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
How should I care for my raincoat
When you receive your raincoat the care guide is printed on the back of the packing list.
